Ray Bradbury, "The Monster Maker," PLANET STORIES, 1944

A Bradbury short story from early in his career, "The Monster Maker" was not reprinted in an anthology until 2011, when it appeared in COLLECTED STORIES OF RAY BRADBURY, A CRITICAL EDITION, VOLUME 1: 1938-1943 from Kent State University Press.

These scans are from its original printing in PLANET STORIES, Spring 1944, with illustration by Joe Doolin. I found the scans of this issue online. I brightened them by removing the color of the paper, browned with age.
